Position Summary:

The Front Desk Manager leads our front-of-house operations in our fast-paced, highly elevated salon and spa. This detail oriented role is crucial in ensuring a seamless client experience and setting the tone for the high standard of service we are known for. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, excels at customer service, and thrives in a leadership support role. The Front Desk Manager reports directly to the Salon Leader and plays a key part in upholding our brand values and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience Leadership
    • Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
      Greet all guests promptly and ensure a welcoming, luxury experience from check-in to check-out.
      Resolve guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and discretion.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Oversee and manage all front desk processes including appointment scheduling, confirmations, check-in/out, and payment processing.
      Ensure accuracy and timeliness in bookings, service modifications, and daily transactions.
      Maintain a clean, organized, and upscale front desk environment.
  • Team Support & Supervision:
    • Assist in training, mentoring, and supporting front desk associates.
      Collaborate with the Salon Leader to foster a people-first, service-centric culture.
      Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Policy & Procedure Compliance:
  • Uphold and enforce all salon and spa policies and procedures.
    Ensure proper handling of client data, payment information, and confidential records.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Generate and review daily reports, including appointment schedules, sales summaries, and guest feedback.
      Monitor and report any operational issues to the Salon Leader.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of front desk or guest services experience, preferably in a salon, spa, or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using salon/spa management software.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
