Salary Range: $16 per hour. Additional bonus opportunity available based on the profitability increase over budget/exceeding budget goals. Reports to: Operations Director
The First Impressions Coordinator assures efficient and effective flow of all administrative processes to provide exceptional customer service to Chamber members and community at large.
Supervisory Responsibilities: e None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  Greet visitors and respond to inquiries for information.
  Maintain lobby and meeting rooms to reflect a professional appearance.
  Organize workroom, update member brochures, adequately stock maps, directories, relocation packets and new member packets.
  Answer telephones in a timely manner, ensuring phone lines are forwarded to and retrieved from auto attendant properly.
  Responsible for forwarding relocation packages on a weekly basis.
  Assist with the coordination of monthly mailings; welcome letters, renewal and thankyou letters, past-due and drop letters, relocation subscriber updates, aging, and credit card processing.
  Open and distribute mail.
  Data entry into membership software (Weblink International).
  Assists with monthly luncheon: registration table/name tags.
  Assists with community service workers and volunteers when applicable.
  Manages Chamber Foundation donor process.
  Assists with annual promote pillar events.
  Other duties as may be assigned by Supervisor.
Position Type:
  Part-Time (up to 25 hours per week)
  Monday — Friday between the hours of 9:00am — 2:00pm or 10:00am — 3:00pm. o Some evenings and weekends may be required.
Travel:
  Some local travel will be required to and from Chamber events as needed.
  Employees are responsible for accurately tracking, calculating and reporting travel time on their mileage sheets weekly in accordance with this policy.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  Ability to accomplish tasks working with volunteers.
  Ability to work independently.
  Knowledge of the Hendersonville community.
Education and Experience:
  High School graduate required. Some college level courses preferred. o Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
