Salary Range: $19 - $23 per hour. Additional bonus opportunity available based on the profitability increase over budget/exceeding budget goals.
Reports to: Operations Director
The Connect Coordinator assures efficient and effective flow membership and event procedures and provide customer service to chamber members and community at large.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk or table working on a computer or tablet, perform repetitive physical and mental activities, have face to face and telephone contact with individuals or groups, have telephone conversations, write letters and memos, use electronic mail, meet strict deadlines, with others in a group or team, and work with external members of the public. Job tasks are performed in close physical proximity to other people. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, employee may be exposed to weather conditions during outdoor events. The work is typically performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions, but there may be outdoor events that take place in an uncontrolled environment.
